TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. This hostsystems (known as “HOST”) Ang Bao Giveaway (the “Promotion”) is available from 08 January 2024 to 09 February 2024 (both dates inclusive) (the “Promotion Period“), and unless otherwise extended or otherwise terminated in accordance with these terms and conditions. By participating in this Promotion, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  1. ELIGIBILITY
    To qualify for this Promotion and receive a pack of red packets (the “Freebie”) or join the $188 hostsystems.sg gift card (the "Prize") draw (the "Draw") as set out in Clauses below:

2.1 Freebie - join via purchase

2.1.1 For every $18 spent within the Promotion Period, you may receive a pack of red packets, up to a maximum of TWO (2) packs.
2.1.2 You must purchase from HOST or the following stores;

a) Host systems official website (www.hostsystems.sg)
b) Host systems Lazmall store (Yeelight Singapore by Host Systems)
c) Host systems Shopee store (Yeelight Singapore by Host Systems)

2.2 $188 Draw - join via purchase

2.2.1 For every $18 spent within the Promotion Period, you are entitled to ONE (1) chance to win $188 hostsystems.sg gift card.
2.2.2 You must purchase from HOST or the following stores;

a) Host systems official website (www.hostsystems.sg)
b) Host systems Lazmall store (Yeelight Singapore by Host Systems)
c) Host systems Shopee store (Yeelight Singapore by Host Systems)

2.3 $188 Draw - join via social media

2.3.1 Like the post

2.4 Each participant is entitled to;

2.4.1 Maximum of TWO (2) packs of red packet during the Promotion Period.
2.4.2 Unlimited chances to win $188 hostsystems.sg gift card during Promotion Period.

2.5 Winner of the Draw will be announced on HOST Instagram story (@hostsystemssg) and contacted via email from 10th February 2024 onwards.
  1. EXCLUSIONS 
3.1 hostpartners or hostpartners staff.
3.2 Any other person(s) HOST consider to be ineligible.
  1. GENERAL

4.1 HOST reserves the right to replace or substitute any part(s) of the prize with item(s) of equivalent or similar value, without any prior notice or reason.

4.2 The validity of the Free Gifts will end once the red packets have been fully redeemed.

4.3  Unless otherwise stated, this Promotion is not valid with other offers, discounts, rebates, vouchers, privileges or promotions.

4.4 No payment or compensation whether in cash, credit or kind shall be made for any lost, misplaced Prize.

4.5 If HOST at any time determines (at its sole and absolute discretion) that any of the eligibility requirements set out in Clauses 2 or 3 above was not or has not been complied with but the Prize has been redeemed by you, HOST reserves the right to claw back the value of the Prize or to charge its value (or such other amount as it deems fit) from the visitor’s subsequent purchase.

4.6 Except for death or personal injury caused by the negligence of HOST, to the fullest extent permitted by law, HOST and staff members of the HOST shall have no liability in respect of, and will be indemnified from and against, any liability, loss, claim, damage or costs of any kind (including legal costs) to any person or entity, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, whether by reason of the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the Prize.

4.7 HOST reserves the right to do any of the following without prior notice:

4.7.1 terminate, withdraw, shorten, suspend or extend this Promotion at the HOST’s sole and absolute discretion, with or without prior notice or reason; and/or

4.7.2 vary, modify, add or delete any of the terms of the Promotion. 

4.8 The hostsystems Ang Bao Giveaway Terms and Conditions are to be read in conjunction with our Customer Terms, Warranty Terms and any other specific Product Terms that may be relevant in connection with this Promotion (“Other Terms”). In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and the Other Terms, these terms prevail only to the extent of such inconsistency.

4.9 HOST reserves the right to determine at its sole and absolute discretion all matters arising out of or in connection with this Promotion, including:

4.9.1 your eligibility to participate in this Promotion;

4.9.2 your eligibility to use the item(s) from the Prize of this Promotion; and/or

4.10 By applying to this Promotion, you consent to the use of your personal data for marketing purposes, including but not limited to the use of your telephone number and email address to contact you about products and promotions offered by the HOST from time to time via telephone, SMS or Electronic Direct Mail. Such consent will supersede any prior choices made by you. Such consent will also prevail even if you are registered or subsequently register your contact information with the national Do Not Call Registry.

4.11 In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any brochures, marketing or promotional materials relating to the Promotion, these terms and conditions shall, to the extent of such inconsistency, prevail.

4.12 The hostsystems Ang Bao Giveaway Terms and Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Singapore.
